40-foot High Cube Open-Top Rebuild
The 40-foot High Cube Open Top is the ideal choice for bulky or tall cargo that needs to be loaded from the top. It has the same spacious volume as a regular High Cube and is 30 cm (1 ft) taller than a standard 40-foot container. This provides approximately 13 m³ of additional cargo space without changing the footprint.
The difference lies in the top. Instead of a fixed steel roof, this container has a removable tarp stretched over detachable roof beams. This allows cargo to be loaded from above using a crane, which is ideal for goods that are too tall or too heavy to be loaded through the doors.
Available in new (A-grade) and used (B-grade) versions. For occasional or stationary use, we often recommend the used version. It looks older, but is functionally identical and considerably more affordable.
