TANK CONTAINER
Bulk transportation in a tank with the dimensions of a container
A tank container (also written as tank container) is a stainless steel tank, housed in a robust Corten steel frame with standard ISO container dimensions. This means it can be transported on any regular container chassis, ship or train, without the need for pumping. Tank containers are used for liquids, gases and powders in bulk: from food and chemicals to hazardous materials under ADR and IMDG.
RCC supplies new and used 20ft tank containers for sale and hire. Because tank types and certifications vary widely, we work with you to consider the material, pressure, temperature and route. This way you get a tank that suits your application and your permits.

Dangerous and non-dangerous substances
For hazardous substances, RCC provides tank containers with the appropriate ADR and IMDG certification. For non-hazardous substances, such as food or water, we look at hygiene requirements and cleanliness.
New or used
A used tank container is functionally equivalent to a new one and considerably cheaper, especially for stationary storage. We supply both, always with an honest account of the condition and inspection history.
Inspection and documents in order
Tank containers are subject to periodic inspections. We deliver the tank with valid inspection documents and advise on the inspection period, so that you do not have to stop production.
